The current development process is an approximation of the ​Agile Unfied Process with a particular focus on user-centered design.

The AUP is "serial in the large, iterative in the small" and aims to take an agile approach to software development, but with the recognition of distinct phases of the project.

This will be an interesting experiment in applying these methodologies to an open source project and any suggestions about processes are welcome on the ​Webian mailing list.
